If you bought premium access but your account is free, please go through the following steps to troubleshoot:
- In case you have more than one Yousician account, ensure you log in with your premium account username or email address and password.
- Log out of your account and log back in.
- If you bought premium access via iTunes, go to Settings → Account in the Yousician app and select the Restore button.
- If you bought a single instrument subscription, go to Settings → Game → Instrument. Check that you have selected your premium instrument and that the instrument button is green.
