If you bought premium access but your account is free, please go through the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Log out of your account and log back in.
- If you bought premium via iTunes, force close the app and re-launch it.
- In case you have more than one Yousician account, ensure you log in with your premium account username OR email address and password.
- Check under Settings → Game → Instrument. If you bought a single instrument subscription, ensure that the correct instrument is highlighted green.
