If you see "Internet connection lost" or similar error, check to ensure your Internet connection is working. Another thing to check is that a firewall/anti-virus is not blocking Yousician's access to the Internet.
In case of any technical issues, you can also do a complete reinstallation.
- Uninstall Yousician. Find information from Windows support about removing programs.
- Delete the following folders (the folder directory may vary depending on your Windows username):
If you can't find the AppData folder, check instructions from Windows support about showing hidden files.
- Run a disk cleanup to remove temporary files. Find information from Windows support about disk cleanup.
- Reinstall the app from our website.
Then run the Yousician Launcher.exe again.
Delete the app, reboot your device and reinstall Yousician.
Reinstallation does not delete your progress in-app.
