I'm getting error "cannot connect to the internet"

Please make sure that your internet connection is working. Another common reason is that a firewall is blocking Yousician's access to the Internet. 

In case of any technical issues, you can also do a complete reinstallation.

Windows

  1. Uninstall the app.
  2. Delete folders: C:\users\username\AppData\Roaming\Yousician Launcher\Yousician.app\ and C:\users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Yousician (the folder directory may vary depending on your Windows username.) AppData folder might be hidden so you might need to do this:

  3. Run a Disk Cleanup to remove temp files, and
  4. Reinstall the app.

Then run the Yousician Launcher.exe again. 

Mac OS X

Delete all Yousician files from your machine and install the app again.

Mobile devices

Delete the app, reboot your device and reinstall Yousician. 

 

Reinstallation does not delete your progress in app.
