Some students’ profiles look empty in my dashboard

This can be the case when a student hasn’t played any songs from the syllabus yet. Please make sure the student has indeed played a song while using his or her Yousician account.

If a student plays songs but his or her profile still looks empty, please make sure that the student is indeed using the same Yousician account which you have added to your dashboard.

If this still does not help, please let us know the username of your Yousician account as a teacher and the username of your student which appears empty, and we will investigate.
