Student progress looks empty on my dashboard

This can happen when a student hasn’t been active in app. Please make sure they have indeed played a song while using their Yousician account.

If a student has been active in app, please make sure they are indeed using the same Yousician account that you have added to your dashboard.

If this still does not help, please contact us and let us know the username of your Yousician teacher account and the username of your student which appears empty, and we will be happy to investigate.
