Testing instrument input (ukulele)

Before you can start rocking out, you will need to test that everything is working out correctly.  

First you will need to test your instrument input. Click "Start here"

You should see an introductory video which plays automatically. It is our ukulele teacher James, and he will introduce you to Yousician and how to tune your ukulele.

If it’s not loading or playing click for troubleshooting.

After the video, test your microphone by making some noise. If you have problems with sound check, please click here. You might need to strum hard a few times and make some loud noise to activate the tuner.

Yousician comes with it’s world famous GuitarTuna! It’s an easy and awesome way to tune your ukulele.

Click “yes” or “no” depending on if you know how to tune a ukulele.

Follow the instructions and start tuning your ukulele from the G-string by playing it.

Tune the rest of the strings by playing each string individually and by adjusting your ukulele strings as needed.


You will be able to access the tuner later from the pause menu of any song (both practice and play mode):
