Subscription bought with credit/debit card on the website
- Log in to your Yousician account on the website
- On My account page, scroll down and select Update payment info.
- Enter your new payment details and select Update.
If you get an error after selecting Update, double check that the card information entered is correct. You can also get in touch with your bank, to confirm the card is approved for online, international, and recurring transactions. If you are still having problems, reach out to Yousician Support.
Subscription bought with PayPal on the website
***If you paid for the subscription with your PayPal account, it is not possible to change PayPal payment to debit/credit card.***
Subscription bought via iTunes under an Apple ID
For subscriptions bought via iTunes, under an Apple ID, check instructions from Apple Support on how to change payment method for your Apple ID. If you encounter any issues, contact Apple Support for help.
