Subscriptions purchased with a debit/credit card from the web
Sign in to your Yousician account to update your payment method. Click Payment method from the menu located under your profile picture.
Enter your new payment details and tap Update Payment Method.
If you get an error after tapping Update payment method, double check that the card information entered is correct. You can also get in touch with your bank, who can confirm if the card is not approved for online, international, or recurring transactions. If you are still having problems, you can reach out to Yousician Support.
SUBSCRIPTIONS PURCHASED with PayPal from the web
***If you paid for the subscription with your PayPal account, it is currently not possible to change PayPal payment to debit/credit card.***
Subscriptions purchased from the iPhone app via iTunes
For subscriptions purchased on an Apple device, under an Apple ID, check instructions from Apple on how to change payment method for your Apple ID. If you encounter any issues, contact Apple Customer Support for help.
