You can edit your payment information at any time; check below on how to do so.
Paid with a debit/credit card on the website
Sign in to your Yousician account on the website to update your payment method. Once signed in, scroll down on your Account settings page and tap Update payment info. Enter your new payment details and tap Update.
If you get an error after tapping Update, double check that the card information entered is correct. You can also get in touch with your bank, to confirm the card is approved for online, international, and recurring transactions. If you are still having problems, reach out to Yousician Support.
Paid with PayPal on the website
***If you paid for the subscription with your PayPal account, it is currently not possible to change PayPal payment to debit/credit card.***
Paid with Apple ID via iTunes
For subscriptions purchased on an Apple device, under an Apple ID, check instructions from Apple on how to change payment method for your Apple ID. If you encounter any issues, contact Apple Customer Support for help.
