If your subscription has been cancelled and you would like to renew it, check the following on how to do so.
If you bought the subscription via iTunes under an Apple ID, unfortunately it is not possible to resubscribe. You will need to wait until your account changes back to free to buy a new subscription.
On the website
- Go to our website and Log in to your account.
- On your account settings page, scroll down to the Subscription section and tap Resubscribe.
- Toggle between the options available to the left of the payment information. You can resubscribe to the same plan or upgrade to a different plan.
- Pick the premium plan you want to subscribe to and tap Resubscribe to complete the transaction.
If you choose to upgrade your subscription, the remaining balance on the old plan is prorated towards the new subscription.
