If your subscription is cancelled and you want to renew it, check the following on how to do so.
Note: if you bought the subscription via iTunes under an Apple ID, unfortunately it is not possible to resubscribe. You need to wait until your account changes back to free to buy a new subscription.
On the website
- Go to our website and Log in to your account.
- On My account page, scroll down to the Subscription section and select Resubscribe.
- Toggle between the options available to the left of the payment information. You can resubscribe to the same plan or upgrade to a different plan.
- Pick the premium plan you want to subscribe to and select Resubscribe to complete the transaction.
If you choose to upgrade your subscription, you get a prorated credit for any unused time on the old subscription. This credit is applied to the new plan when you buy the upgrade.
